Chakrodaya

There are two principal forms of this asana pranayama: Chakrodaya and Ajapa Gayatri. In the practice of Ajapa Gayatri you have to continiously maintain full awareness. In the practice of Ajapa Gayatri you have to anusandhan with slow and silent movement of breath without break or pause. Whereas in chakrodaya, you must inhale and exhale in long breaths with sound.
