[[dharma wheel]] ([[dharmachakra]], [[falun]] [[cho chi khor lo]]): A [[symbol]] of the [[Buddha’s teachings]] represented in the [[form]] of [[a wheel]] usually with eight spokes representing the [[eight-fold path]]. dharma wheel (dharmachakra, falun cho chi khor lo): A symbol of the Buddha’s teachings represented in the form of a wheel usually with eight spokes representing the eight-fold path. Also a holy object held by very high dharma kings that has magical powers. Sometimes refers to the three “turnings of the wheel” of dharma that correspond to what became the various systems of dharma.
