Dipankara Buddha’s Era.

Dipankara.jpg

Dipankara Buddha’s era has a certain life span; when it comes to an end, a new Kalpa arose. The next kalpa belongs to Kondanna Buddha’s era. As said earlier, in every new Kalpa, there is the changing of the guards; meaning new Brahmas and new Sakka and new Lokapala devas of the four kings. They have to be aware that our Bodhisatta is now in existence in this Kondanna Buddha’s era. SO our Bodhisatta must again go before Kondanna Buddha and acquire his prediction that he is the future Buddha. Then and only then will Gods know what to do with our Bodhisatta, similar to receiving a renewed letter of authority from a new Supreme Buddha. This new prediction will pass on to new Brahma, Sakka and Lokapala devas of the four kings to take care of Bodhisatta.
