Kendō ; The Japanese form of fencing. A two-handed sword is used, of bamboo strips lightly bound in leather. Scoring points are limited to blows where an
armoured man might be hit effectively, on the wrist, on the head or at the side. Light lacquered armour is worn, with gauntlets and an iron helmet. Much ceremony
