Generate as Yamantaka
Glorious great root teacher, precious one,
Seated on a lotus on my head,
Having graced us through your great kindness,
Great bless my body, voice and mind I pray.
[[[Visualize]] Guru as Yamantaka on top of our heads]
Instantaneously I arise in the bodily form of glorious Vajra-Bhairava, with one face and two arms holding a cleaver [right hand] and a skull-cup [left hand].

Blessing the Offerings
OM HRIH SHTRIH VIKRITA NANA HUM PHET
[Small one face two arms Yamantaka comes out of right nostril and enters the left nostril]
OM SVABHAVA SHUDDHAH SARVA DHARMA SVABHAVA SHUDDHO HAM
Everything becomes void.
While in the state of void-ness, from a YAM comes wind; from a RAM comes fire; from AHs a grate of three human heads, on top of which from an AH comes a white skull-cup. Inside it are the five meats and five nectars; on top of these are OM AH HUM. From the HUM at my heart light rays emanate. The wind moves, the fire blazes, and the substances inside the skull-cup melt and boil. From the three syllables, light-rays emanate, hooking back into the three vajras, which dissolve into them. These then fall back into the skull-cup and melt.
By means of the HUM, the faults of color, odor and potential are cleansed.
By means of the AH, it is transformed into nectar.
By means of the OM, it increases and becomes huge.

Everything becomes void. From a state of void-ness, from AHs come broad and expansive skull-cups, inside of which are HUMs. The HUMs melt and become water for the mouth, cooling water for the feet, perfumes, flowers, incense, a butter lamp, food and music. By nature they are bliss and void-ness. In aspect, they are the offering substances. Their function is to confer distinguished uncontaminated bliss as objects to be enjoyed by the six senses.

Everything becomes void. From the sphere of void-ness, arise the first syllables of the names of the offerings, adorned with a zero. These melt, and from this, arises precious offering substances in order to please the Glorious Goddess and her entourage. The diversity of the offerings is unconceivable. They arise and increase in the presence of the Glorious Goddess.
GENERATION OF THE DHARMA PROTECTRESS AND HER RETINUE

Everything becomes void. From the state of void-ness, in front of oneself appears a turbulent great ocean of blood and melted fat. In its centre is a tent-like black, swirling wind. Inside it is a young, yellow, wild mule with a white spot on its forehead and equipped with saddle and bridle of cannibals’ skulls and skins; saddle strings, rein strings and lead strings are of venomous snakes. Above it, from the syllable BHYO arises Remati, the magnificent Queen of War Sickle. She is blue black, with one face and two hands, brandishing a club marked with vajra in her right hand towards the brains of the destined pledged ones, while her left holds at the heart the skin and blood-filled skull of a child of incest. She is complete with all the ornaments and clothes. Around is an assembly of demons, lords of death, cannibals, field protectors and so on. The principal lady and her retinue are marked at their crowns by OM, at their throats by AH, at their hearts by HUM. From the HUM at my heart light rays are emitted. Instantly, from the “Mule Ting” great ocean in the north-east, the Powerful Lady of the Desire Realm, Remati, the Magnificent Queen of War Sickle and her retinue are invoked to this very place. Magnificent Remati of the Nyen [[[spirits]]],
War-Sickle sentinel of the Doctrine,
In the presence of Vajradhara, you did accept the teachings.
Previously during the first Kalpa,
You finalized your place of residence,
In this north-eastern direction,
Without grass, water, trees and so on.
Traveling beyond many valleys,
You cut the sorrow of the northern red plain,
The red northern path runs uncurved gently flowing;
The red northern mountain, grand and terrifying,
With many wild animals running around,
Various goblin-birds send forth their various cries,
A great hail of sky iron showers SHAR – RA – RA,
Counch-like snow storm swirls LI-LI,
Inside the “Mule Ting” ocean, is a square brown fortress.
Its brown corers are made of brown “chong” jewels.
Its “Ka-Be”[circumference]are made of blue turquoise.
Its black foundation is made of black iron.
Human and horse corpses are spread out as plinth,
There is an ocean of [vomited] human and horse blood.
Extensively surrounded by an assembly of one hundred thousand Mamos, one thousand flesh eaters and ten million blood drinkers,
Inside this celestial mansion,
Sits the Mistress of the entire Mamos[FEMALE SPIRITS].

Magnificent Remati of the Nyen,
From your crown and from your womb,
The sun and moon emit blazing light rays.
Irresistible Black Lady with magic powers,
Powerful Lady of the Desire Realm,
According to your solemn promise,
Now is the time to come here,
EH AH RA LI HRIM HRIM DZA DZA
Black Lady, lethal and furious,
Who displays an all-embracing form,
Chief of the Black Ladies, riding a mule,
Come here on your mule’s seat,
DZA HUM BAM HO
Black cannibal having fangs,
Black Lady laughing ‘HA-HA’,
You who enjoys to kill,
I will perform the respect of signals.
Although you have reached the spontaneity of the three bodies,
You have perfected in compassion.
Yet you appear in an infuriated body
To subdue the wild beings of the Desire Realms.
To you, the great protectress of the doctrine of the three time Buddhas. With my three doors and great respect, I prostrate.
• INITIATION
From the HUM at my heart, light rays go out, invoking the empowering deities. I request them: “Please bestow the initiation thoroughly”. Because of this request, they hold aloft vases of transcendental wisdom nectar. They confer the initiation by saying:

[The entire being is filled with nectar]
All the obscurations are purified. The remaining water having settled on her crown transforms into Vajra-Bhairava with mother, who becomes her crown ornament.

From the tongues of the Magnificent Goddess and her entourage, arise red one-spoked vajras with straws of light which suck the essence of the torma, which is thus consumed.

A rain of desired qualities falling from the sky,
By these assembled offerings, may the senses be developed.
Magnificent Lady, you have power over virtue and sin.
The evils of my body, speech and mind

By the strength of your compassion, purify my obscurations.
You are the perfectly Exalted Lady.
Accomplishing the purpose of transmigrators, my own and all goodness.
Delighting in happiness and harmony without jealousy,

Supreme body having the complete qualities,
Holding terrifying black and good implements,
For the purpose of all transmigrators in the ten directions and the three times,
Please show a net magical apparitions.
Supreme and complete body.

Until the sky becomes exhausted,
Don’t pass into Nirvana but remain firmly, we pray.

May the evil realms become empty.

Which depends on the kindness of the captain, our Virtuous Friend.
The unbroken, very special samaya substances and the power of sorrow, with single pointed devotion,
To you Magnificent Goddess and your retinue,
I confess all the improperly done recitations and practices.
Whatever sins I have committed I previous times, with my three doors under the power of ignorance,
In front of spontaneously arisen three bodes,
I confess with strong concentration of my body, speech and mind.
To you, the Goddess and your retinue, like a treasure of compassion, like a mother who loves her naughty child,
Protecting practitioners without forgetting,
I confess the times that I did not thank you.
I confess all the times I granted initiation to,
And protected with love,
The enemies and interferers with broken pledges,
Who cause mischief to the doctrine holders and all beings.
In short, the actions done by the power of ignorance,
Such as offerings polluted by substances of broken samaya.
All our deeds that disagree with your body, speech and mind,
We confess with strong regret.
Although the act of confession and what is confessed are not really seen,
In order to purify the stains of the conception grasping at true existence,
I make confession to the Magnificent Goddess and her retinue,
May this cleanse all degenerations and defilements.

In front of your obedient emissaries,
We make clouds of offerings filling the infinite space,
Multiplied by mantra, mudra and meditation.
Please fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
A vibrating drinking offering of slowly boiling blood;
Deadly flowers of the senses, sticking and deceitful;
Clouds of smoke and brown-black dust from a burnt corpse.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Human fat ignited by tongues of fire, soaring to samsara’s peak,
Waves of blood, bile and urine, agitated like a summer ocean.
Heaps of flesh, bones and corpses, delicious divine food.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Various musics, such as thighbones, like a rolling thunder;
Moving banners and black flags, symbols of invitation;
A drink of blood and wine with great power to bring someone quickly.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Three thousand roaming supreme horses, with saddles, bridles and ornaments.
Wild yaks, yaks and long haired goats, moving like rain clouds.
Four horns coiled sheep and black birds.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Fierce black dogs moving like jackals;
Wild yellow mules adorned with cannibals’ heads and skins and snakes;
Clubs, skulls, human skins and tiger skin skirts.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Dry and dripping garlands, bone ornaments and ointments;
Clothes of black goat’s hair, earrings of lion and snake;
Bags of diseases, magic stick, black and white dice, thread-ball weapon.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Peacock umbrellas, ornaments of sun and moon;
A black tent-like swirling wind, a pool of diseases;
A thick leather armor and sharp weapons.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Tormas of samaya substances heaped like mountains;
A fast swirling ocean of medicinal drinking wine;
All the faultless possessions of gods and men;
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Crows, complete hearts of aborted children, substances of the mantra circles.
Outer, inner and secret supreme receptacles of offerings,
Which truly fulfill the well-born Melodious Goddess.
Because of these, Queen of the War Sickle and retinue, fulfill our hearts’ wishes.
Having fulfilled our hearts’ wishes and restored our broken pledges,
Please eliminate the obstacles and grant accomplishments.
Furthermore, we offer to the Magnificent Goddess
The necessary conditions to protect the doctrine,
And all necessary things.
Please do not forget to protect the teachings.
Liberate the evil ones with broken pledges.
We offer the conditions to protect the monasteries,
And all the things which are needed.
The enemies who possess the mind and all the interferers,
Those who harm the monasteries,
Destroy them in one instant.
May the teachers, students, monasteries and so on,
Receive all the things they need.
By the actions of the Magnificent Goddess,
May this be effortlessly and spontaneously performed. [[[music]]]
• THE ACTUAL OFFERING OF THE FULFILLING TORMA
Composed of the five nectars, such as flesh and blood,
And mixed with the five types of grain,
I offer this torma to you, Magnificent War Sickle Queen.
Please accept it in order to protect the doctrine and the Victorious Ones.
From the tongues of the Magnificent Goddess and her entourage, arise red one-spoked vajras with straws of light which suck the essence of the torma, which is thus consumed.

A mountain-like heap of human flesh,
An ocean-like swirl of blood.
Enjoy this torma of samaya substances.
The enemies and interferers, the broken pledges,
The assemblies of harmful beings and evil spirits.
Lead the demon’s army against the enemies.
Queen of the War Sickle, lead your armies forward.
To form the armies, life the weapons.
From this moment, increase our lives,
Increase the retinue and the doctrine,
Subdue completely the Three Realms,
And expand the explanations, accomplishments and wealth. [MUSIC]
Prayer
Masters who fulfill our minds’ hopes;
Deities of the Yidam mandalas, source of accomplishments;
Assemblies of Those Gone Beyond and their Sons, Dakas and Dakinis,
And assemblies of powerful Protectors, pay attention to us.
Whatever sins we have committed in the past with our three doors,
Under the power of bewilderment and inattention, lack of respect and delusion, the forces which delight the demons,
We confess them all and separately with strong regret.
In particular, I confess in my heart,
The transgressions from vowed restraints and pledges,
Not discarding what should be discarded and not practicing what should be practiced,
Proclaiming secrets, my degenerations and pollutions, whatever faults I have.
Although the existing mode of the three circles is all-pure like space, with water of your compassion wash the sins,
Downfalls and their results, sickness, demons, sufferings and stains of the relative migrators, and grant them purity.
By the blessings of the three time Buddhas and their Sons,
By the truth of the infallible dependent origination,
And by the force of my pure, superior motive,
May all pure prayers be fulfilled.

Everything becomes void.
While in the state of void-ness, from a YAM comes wind; from a RAM comes fire; from AHs a grate of three human heads, on top of which from an AH comes a white skull-cup. Inside it are the five meats and five nectars; on top of these are OM AH HUM. From the HUM at my heart light rays emanate. The wind moves, the fire blazes, and the substances inside the skull-cup melt and boil. From the three syllables, light-rays emanate, hooking back into the three vajras, which dissolve into them. These then fall back into the skull-cup and melt.
By means of the HUM, the faults of color, odor and potential are cleansed.
By means of the AH, it is transformed into nectar.
By means of the OM, it increases and becomes huge.

When angry, you throw the sun and moon down to the plains.
When laughing, Mount Meru cracks into sand.
Also, the Lion-faced Cannibal;
From your mouth, a black swirling wind,
Of disease and poison fills the sky,
You toss about corpses and the four auspicious things in the ten directions.
Surrounded by an assembly of female spirits,
Mantra born, field born and messengers,
As well as owners of diseases,
You are the guardian of those who keep their pledges,
And a butcher, taking the life of those who break them.
Come and take the torma of the tsog’s left-overs.
Completely drink the heart blood,
Of those who destroy the Buddha’s doctrine
And threaten the Guru’s body,
And of all the harm-givers at this holy place.
For this assembly of us, practitioners,
Destroy all misfortunes and hindrances.
For all supreme and common attainments,
Quickly perform the accomplishing actions.
Bestow on us, practitioners and those around us,
Good health, long life, power, glory, fame and fortune.
May we attain extensive wealth.
Grant us the accomplishment of the actions of
Peace, Increase, Power and Wrath.
Please, protectors, protect us by your commitments,
And always assist us.
Pacify untimely death, sickness, harm and interferences.
Eliminate bad dreams, ill omens and unwholesome actions.

Do not give up the actions to develop the Buddha’s Doctrine.

The angry sound of HUM HUM, coming from afar, destroys Mount Meru.
You are wrathful indeed, causing the destruction of the doctrine’s enemies.
To you, Mother of the Conquerors, I reverently offer respect.
You are the life-tree of Buddha’s Doctrine,
Only sister of the accomplished holders of the Doctrine,
Mother of the transmigrators following the Doctrine.
To you, relative of the Doctrine, one-pointedly I offer respect.
Although gone beyond the world, you remain in the ways of the world.
In order to subdue the wrathful, you show wrath.
For the peaceful ones, you show peaceful ways.
Goddess, leader of the world, to you I offer respect.
You strive for the doctrine and the purpose of transmigrators.
From this life and in all lifetimes,
To us the practitioners who have taken refuge in you,

Inside a tent of swirling black wind,
Is a young, wild yellow mule.
On it, from KSHA, arises the Black Lady,

In the right hand she holds a vajra club,
In the left hand, a mustard-like skull with blood.
Her body wears a coat of human skin,
And a black cloth of yak’s hair.
Surrounded by the force of three thousand magical transformations,
You reduce to powder all the enemies and obstacles.
You, Black Lady arising from HUM,
With one face, two hands and terrifying form.
In your threatening right hand you hold a lasso.
In your left, you hold the mule’s nose rope.
Makara-faced one, perform your work.
Lion-faced attendant going behind,
With red-black body and cannibal form,

To you, the enlightened action of all the Victorious Ones,
The name “Queen of the War Sickle” was given,
Since I invoke you with powerful, single-pointed devotion,
Please come quickly without obstruction.
In the space in front, in the centre of a swirling black wind,
You have the form of a female cannibal, holding a club and a blood-filled skull.
Seated upon a young mule, your body destroys all evil.
For as long as we recall you, please remain forever.
Outer offerings filling the extent of space,
Inner samaya substances pervading the whole earth,
Clouds of mentally created offerings filling up all the realms.
I offer these to you and your retinue.
Composed of the five nectars, such as flesh and blood,
And mixed with the five types of grain,
I offer this torma to you, Magnificent War Sickle Queen.
Please accept it in order to protect the doctrine and the Victorious Ones.
From the tongues of the Magnificent Goddess and her entourage, arise red one-spoked vajras with straws of light which suck the essence of the torma, which is thus consumed.

A mountain-like heap of human flesh,
An ocean-like swirl of blood.
Enjoy this torma of samaya substances.
The enemies and interferers, the broken pledges,
The assemblies of harmful beings and evil spirits.
Lead the demon’s army against the enemies.
Queen of the War Sickle, lead your armies forward.
To form the armies, lift the weapons.
From this moment, increase our lives,
Increase the retinue and the doctrine.
Subdue completely the three realms,
And expand the explanations, accomplishments and wealth. [MUSIC]
• TORMA OFFERING TO THE DAKINIS AND MAHAKALA
PHEM:
From the syllable letter HUM which stands on a sun cushion at my heart, light radiates out, inviting all the direction protectors, field protectors, nagas and so forth, that dwell in the eight charnel grounds. They are instantly placed in clear light from which they arise as Heruka Lords and Consorts. On the tongue of each of the guests a white HUM transforms into a white three-pronged vajra. From these, hollow tubes of vajra light, the size of a wheat straw, appear, through which the essence of the torma is drawn forth and enjoyed.

You, the entire gatherings of gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, evil spirits, pretas, flesh eaters, crazy makers, forgetful makers, dakas and dakinis, all of you without exception, please come here and pay attention to me. Glorious protectors, who have made oaths to guard the teachings and to benefit living beings, who are swift as mind, who have terrifying forms and are fierce and unbearably wrathful, who subdue all evil and destroy the forces of darkness, who grant result to the yogic activities and have inconceivable powers, strength and inspiration, to you eight groups of yakshas and so forth, I pay my respects.
I request you eight groups together with your wives, sons and servants to grant the fortune of all siddhis. May we practitioners and those around us obtain good health, long life and power. May we obtain fortune and extensive wealth. Grant us the accomplishment of the activities of peace, increase, power and wrath. Please guardians, always assists us. Pacify untimely death, sicknesses, harm and interferences. Eliminate bad dreams, ill omens and unwholesome actions. May all beings be happy and may the year be good. May harvests be abundant and may the Dharma flourish. May all good fortunes come about and all wishes be fulfilled!

Mistress of the Eight, mother of the Glorious Lord of Death,
Your obedient servants and retinue,
A hundred thousand mamos, a thousand black ladies,
An assembly of demons, lords of death,
Owners of cemeteries, field protectors,
Worldly gods, cannibals, Group of Eight,
Birds, dogs, jackals,
The Five Long-Life Sisters, the Twelve Tenma,
Country gods, landlords, nyenpos,
Powerful butchers taking the life of the enemies,
Come here and accept this adorned torma,
Accept this food of Tsambu Tiba,
Accept this first offering of medicinal blood,
Accept this first offering of medicines such as nutmeg and saffron,
Accept this clean first offering of golden drink.
Bestow the solemn thanksgiving of excellent previous pledges.
Accept the solemn excellent prayers that we present now.
Protect all surroundings and destroy all hindrances.
The angry enemies and harmful interferers,
All the many evils and hindrances,
Completely crush them into dust.
Accomplish the actions of increasing the doctrine,
Accomplish the glory and prosperity of samsara and nirvana.
May the Doctrine increase in the ten directions. [MUSIC]

Although you are one with great bliss of the Dharmakaya’s sphere,
You, the goddess performing the actions of the omniscient Ones,

Instantaneously born, real great bliss of the sphere of space
Having manifestations like the unfathomable body of form,
You, the mother of all the Victorious ones,
Essence of the assembled deities of the four types of Tantra Mandalas, we invite you.
Completely perfected Buddha with three spontaneous bodies;
Pacifying Holy Dharma, the inseparability of renunciation and knowledge,
Chief of the exalted assembly with liberating knowledge and fully gone beyond;
The Three Jewels, the objects of refuge, we invite you.
You, the Goddess who followed Kasyapa’s doctrine,
By the Buddha Shakyamuni and his prayers,
In this country you protect and increase the Buddha’s doctrine.
Principal Lady of all protectors of the precepts, we invite you.
Field-born, instantaneously born and mantra born:
The assembly of dakinis of the three places, well subdued.
You the Goddess, all pervading rainfall of attainments,
Chief Lady of all dakinis, we invite you.
You are the mistress of all the three worlds,
Controlling the desire realm and establishing the group of the Eight as servants,
Chief of the worldly and beyond-the-world protectors,

We invite you and entrust you to protect
Ourselves, masters, students, people, wealth and monasteries.
From now until the essence of Enlightenment is reached,

Everything becomes void. From a state of void-ness, from AHs come broad and expansive skull-cups, inside of which are HUMs. The HUMs melt and become water for the mouth, cooling water for the feet, perfumes, flowers, incense, a butter lamp, food and music. By nature they are bliss and void ness. In aspect, they are the offering substances. Their function is to confer distinguished uncontaminated bliss as objects to be enjoyed by the six senses.

With upper garment of black cloth and a lower one of snakes.
At your navel, the sun shines, on your crown, the full moon.
Wish-granting supreme gift, richness of space, shining Mother;
To perform respects for the Goddess Remati,
Perform your pledged accomplishing actions of the practice.
In faith we prostrate and make praises to you, supreme one, with all suitable praises. [MUSIC]
