In Brahma Bhumi, there are 15 Rupa Brahma Bhumi where both body and mind exist.

One Rupa Brahma Bhumi is void of mind or Nama Dhamma.

That realm is called Asannasatta Brahma Bhumi.

Another 4 Brahma Bhumi are Arupa Bhumi where there is no form and there are just 4 Nammakkhandha.

In 15 Rupa Brahma Bhumi where there are five Khandha, at Patisandhi there arise Cakkhu Dassaka Rupa Kalapa, Sota Dassaka Rupa Kalapa, Vatthu Dassaka Rupa Kalapa and Jivita Navaka Rupa Kalapa.

There is no Ghanna-, Jivha-, Kaya-, Bhava- Dassaka Rupa Kalapa arises in these Rupa Brahma Bhumis.

The stated Rupa Kalapa have to arise as long as there is Kamma as to exist in Brahma Bhumi till the 17th Citta from Cuti Citta in that particular Brahma Bhumi.

In Asannasatta Rupa Brahma Bhumi, there is no Nama that is no Citta and no Cetasika as these Dhamma were temporarily eliminated as soon as Asannasatta being comes into existence.

There is just Jivita Navaka Rupa Kalapa. At other time, there arise Lahutadhi Dvadassaka rupa Kalapa arise during the life.

In Arupa Brahma Bhumi, there arises no Rupa or Rupa Kalapa as these beings are highly trained and with their Arupa Jhana power, there does not arise any Rupa.

So there is no Citta that is related to Rupa.

There will be only 4 Namakkhandha in these realms.
