Ten Powers (daśa-bala, 十力). Only a Buddha has perfect knowledge of

(1) the right or wrong in every situation and its corresponding karmic consequences;
(2) the karmic requitals of every sentient being in the past, present, and future;
(3) all stages of dhyāna and samādhi;
(4) the capacity and future attainment of every sentient being;
(5) the desires and inclinations of every sentient being;
(6) the nature and condition of every sentient being;
(7) the consequences of all actions with or without afflictions;
(8) all past lives of every sentient being and their karmic reasons;
(9) all future rebirths of every sentient being and their karmic reasons;
(10) the permanent termination of all afflictions and habits upon attainment of Buddhahood.

Ten Powers

The Ten Powers of Buddha or Bodhisattva are the complete knowledge of

1 what is right or wrong in every condition
2 what is the karma of every being, past, present and future
3 all stages of dhyana liberation and samadhi
4 the powers and faculties of all beings
5 the desires or moral directions of every being
6 the actual condition of every individual
7 the direction and consequence of all laws
8 all causes of mortality and of good and evil in their reality
9 the end of all beings and Nirvana
10 the destruction of all illusion of every kind
Ten Powers of a Buddha

to know:

2. the retributive effects of past, present and future karmas of every being
3. all stages of dhyana liberation and samadhi
4. the powers and faculties of all beings
5. the desires or moral direction of every being
6. the actual condition of every being
7. the direction and consequences of all laws
8. all causes of morality and good and evil in their reality
9. the end of all beings and nirvana
10. the destruction of all illusion of every kind
