Assāsa-passāsa: In-and-out-breathing, are bodily constructions kāya-sankhāra, while directed thought and sustained thinking vitakka and vicara are called verbal constructions vacī-sankhāra, see: sankhara . In-and-out-breathing forms one of the 6 aspects of the wind-element.
