Guru Yoga of Yuthok
According to Yuthok's teaching, Guru Yoga is the absolute key point to eliminates all disturbing emotions and discovering our inner most transcendental wisdom (or, pure pristine awareness).
In Yuthok Nyingthig there are two main types of gurus: Appearance Symbol Guru and True Self Mind Guru.
There are Four Appearance Symbol Gurus:
• Root Guru, who shows you that your true mind is the Buddha
• Lineage Guru, coming from the Vajra Dhara to your guru
• Text Guru, also known as Non Angry Black Guru, which are any texts or books about true teachings of Bhuddha and enlightened ones.
• Self-Natured Guru, e.g. the five subjects of our five sense organs are gurus (Check the true nature of any form or color we can see. It is perfectly in the state of union of appearance and emptiness, a simple way we can see that life is a perfect guru and everything is a lesson. Even a dream can teach us so much; it can show us how much we are lost in our own illusion.)
The True Self Mind Guru:
At the foundational level, everything is creation and projection of mind itself. Once we realize the ultimate nature of mind, then dualistic emotions will be self liberated and the absolute realization comes within mind itself, which the inner guru realizes is self nature.
The Guru Yoga practice can remove all types of obstacles, and through extraordinary blessing there is hope to achieve instant realization.
