Khenpo Abu Lhagang (Wyl. mkhan po a bu lha sgang) aka Khenpo Pema Thekchok Loden (1879-1955) was a great scholar and Dzogchen adept. He was a student and contemporary of Khenpo Shenga at Dzogchen Monastery, and studied with many of the greatest masters of his time, including Mipham Rinpoche, Dodrupchen Jikme Tenpe Nyima, Orgyen Tenzin Norbu, Shechen Gyaltsab Gyurme Pema Namgyal, and Kunga Palden. He was a teacher of many of the masters and khenpos who studied at Shri Singha shedra, including the Sixth Dzogchen Rinpoche, Pöpa Tulku Dongak Tenpé Nyima, Khenpo Tsöndrü and Mewa Khenpo Tsewang Rigdzin.
