calamity of revolt within one's own domain
自界叛逆難 ( Jpn jikai-hongyaku-nan )

Also, internal strife. One of the seven disasters described in the Medicine Master Sutra. In OnEstablishing the Correct Teaching for the Peace of the Land, written in 1260, Nichiren predicted that this and the calamity of invasion from foreign lands would occur if the rulers of Japan failed to accept the correct teaching. His prediction of internal strife was realized when a revolt took place within the ruling Hojo clan. In the second month of 1272, HojoTokisuke revolted against his younger half brother, the regent HojoTokimune, in an attempt to seize power.
