The five sheaths (pancha-kosas) are described in the Taittiriya Upanishad. Kosha;

From gross to fine they are:

Annamaya kosha,
"foodstuff" sheath (Anna)
Pranamaya kosha,
"energy" sheath (Prana/apana)
Manomaya kosha "mind-stuff" sheath (Manas)
