Dipamkara (Skt. Dīpaṃkara; Tib. མར་མེ་མཛད་, Marmedzé; Wyl. mar me mzad) is the first of a list of eighteen buddhas who preceded Buddha Shakyamuni. In Tibetan iconography, Dipamkara most usually represents all the buddhas of the past.
