Instantaneous application (Skt. kṣaṇikaprayoga; Wyl. skad cig ma’i sbyor ba) is the seventh of the eight topics of the Abhisamayalankara.

Definition

Instantaneous application is defined as the bodhisattvasyoga in which one reaches the culmination of the progressive meditation on the threefold knowledge.

Subdivisions

Merely in terms of conceptual distinctions, it has four subdivisions.
