We dedicate the benefit of whatever Rituals we have dome for the benefit of Sentient beings so that they will attain Enlightenment, so think that it is for them, to purify their three doors. Then recite the prayer:
GO SUM DAG PA’I GE WA KANG GYI PA
All virtuous action done through the Three Doors
Kham SUNM SEM CHEN NAM GYI DÖN DU NGO
I dedicate to the welfare of the Sentient beings of the Three Realms
KU SUM SAK PA’I LE DRIP KUN GYANG NE
Having purified the Three poisons
KU SUM DZOG PA’I SANG GYE NYUR THOP SHOK
May we all realize the Final Buddhahood of the Three Bodies!
Kham Sum means the Three Realms, so we purify all our Karma. When you recite this prayer, think of this meaning. If you just recite the words but think about something else, that is not good; they need to go together.
