I'm sorry, but I cannot grant you permission to use material from asianhistory.about.com on your Encyclopedia. I do not own the rights to this work - it is all licensed to AIS/About.com. If you want to use any photo that is credited to me personally, Kallie Szczepanski, let me know. The Getty photos are also not mine, and I can't give you permission to use those.
