Ten outer benefiting empowerments (Wyl. phan pa'i dbang bcu) — ten empowerments for peaceful deities[1] conferred as an entry point to the practice of Mahayoga in order to ripen students who have faith. These ten empowerments are subdivisions of the vase empowerment.

  1. diadem or crown
  2. head ornament or pennants
  3. mala or rosary
  4. armor
  5. victory banner
  6. seals
  7. parasol
  8. vase
  9. food and drink
  10. five essences[2]
