thullaccaya : (m.) a grave offence.

Thullaccaya M (Important, thick, gross or coarse (thulla); fault, malpractice (accaya)). Important, great and serious .

Set of the greatest faults that may be committed by bhikkhus after the parajikas and the sanghadisesas.
