[識無辺処] (Skt Vijnananantya-yatana; Jpn Shikimuhen-jo)
Also, Vijnananantya Realm, or Heaven of Boundless Consciousness. The second lowest of the four realms of the world of formlessness. Meditation that leads to rebirth in this heaven is called meditation on the Realm of Boundless Consciousness. The life span of beings in this realm is said to be forty thousand kalpas.
