The Fourteen Points compiled at the Council organized by Col H.S.Olcott at Adyar, Madras, in 1891, and accepted by the representatives of Burma, Ceylon, Japan (nine sects), and Chittagong; and later by the chief Mongolian lamas. The points are set forth in the Appendix to Olcott’s Buddhist Catechism.
