Chinese Buddhist Encyclopedia:jayarava.blogspot.com.au DENIED
I'm reviewing our correspondence and it's pretty clear that I did not give my permission for you to use my essays on your website. And yet I find that you have gone ahead and done so anyway.

I'm quite disappointed. Now at this point I would usually, without any further notice, go to your ISP and issue a DMCA "take down notice" and that would usually result in your entire website being taken down, leaving you to sort things out with your ISP. I've successfully done this a number of times so I know the process quite well. I'm willing to give you a few days to remove the offending material, and will accept your assurance that you have done so. Shall we say by Friday?
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you asked and I said a provisional no. I asked you a lot of questions which you did not answer. The provisional "no" then seemed to be an effective "no". Having seen the results of your republication I can only reiterate that I don't want my name or material to be associated with your project.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this.
Sincerely
Jayarava
