Könchok Gyurme Tenpé Gyaltsen (Wyl. dkon mchog 'gyur med), aka the Second Tsikey Chokling (Wyl. rtsi ke mchog gling) or Kela Chokling (1871-1939) — one of the two immediate reincarnations of Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa who resided at Tsikey Monastery. His root guru was Samten Gyatso and he became one of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche's teachers.
