- 1. The Book of Changes (I Ching)
- 2. Book of History (Shu Ching)
- 3. Book of Poetry (Shih Ching)
- 4. Record of Rites (Li Chi)
- 5. Spring and Autumn Annals (Ch'un Ch'iu).
